Request For Quote
Request For Quote is a free WooCommerce plugin by WPHEKA. Customers add products to a quote list instead of the cart, then send you the list with a short form. You get an email with the products and quantities. You reply with your price.
In WordPress the plugin is called Request For Quote.

What it does
| Feature | What you get |
|---|---|
| Add to quote | A button or link on product pages and optionally on shop and category pages |
| Quote list page | Customers change quantities, remove products and send the list |
| Request form | Name, email and message, plus an optional phone number and company name |
| Email to the store | Each request arrives as an email with the products, quantities and the customer's details |
| Requests tab | Every request is stored, with a status: New, Replied or Closed |
| Catalogue mode | Hide prices and the Add to cart button, so customers can only ask for a quote |
| Who sees the button | All users, only logged-in users or only guests; every product, out of stock only or in stock only |
An example
You sell office furniture and agree prices per order. Turn on Hide prices and Hide the Add to cart button. A customer adds 12 desks and 12 chairs to their quote list and sends it with the message "Can you deliver by March?". You get an email and the request shows as New on the Requests tab. You reply to the customer by email, then set the request to Replied.
