FAQ

Why are some filters not shown?

SKU, Payment, Shipping and Country are off until you switch them on under WPHEKA > Search Orders. See Settings.

Why doesn't the SKU filter find an old order?

It matches each product's current SKU, because WooCommerce doesn't save the SKU on the order. If you changed a product's SKU, search by the new one.

Why is a category missing from the category filter?

The list may be limited to some categories. Check Categories in the filter under Settings; with nothing ticked, every category is listed.

Why does the Trash view ignore my filters?

The filters are not applied in the Trash view. Pick another status tab to filter.

Is it fast on a store with many orders?

Yes. The filters run inside WooCommerce's own order query instead of loading every order first. If WooCommerce Analytics has imported your order history, the plugin uses its indexed tables and the settings page shows Fast lookup as On. See Performance.

Can shop managers use it?

Yes. Anyone who can manage orders can use the filters. Shop managers can also change the settings under WPHEKA > Search Orders.

Does it work with High-Performance Order Storage?

Yes. It works with WordPress posts storage too.

Why don't other plugins' notices show on the settings page?

Since 4.1.2 the settings page under WPHEKA > Search Orders keeps notices from WordPress and other plugins off the page, so nothing appears above the header and then jumps into place. Those notices still show on the Dashboard and every other admin screen.

Does the plugin send any data?

Only if you choose to. When you deactivate the plugin you can fill in an optional feedback form. It sends your reason, your site address and your email address (if you enter one) to wpheka.com. Nothing is sent unless you submit that form.
