Where did the settings go?​

In version 3.9.0 they moved from WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Moneris to WPHEKA > Moneris. Your values were kept, and the old link opens the new page.

Can I upgrade to Pro without losing my settings?​

Yes. Pro uses the same Moneris payment method, so the title, description, sandbox setting and card logos carry over. Moneris Pro 5.1.0 and later also take over your Store ID and API token as Pro's CAD account. Deactivate the free plugin, then install and activate Pro.

Why can't I refund an order on the day it was paid?​

On the day of the payment, Moneris needs a Purchase Correction instead of a refund. The free plugin sends refunds from the day after. Pro sends same-day refunds.

Does it work with the Checkout block?​

Yes, with the classic checkout and the WooCommerce Checkout block. Browser card autofill works in both.

Which PHP version do I need?​

PHP 7.4 or later from version 3.9.0. Stores on older PHP keep version 3.8.1, which still takes payments.

Where is the log?​

WooCommerce > Status > Logs, source wpheka-gateway-moneris, while Log gateway events is on.
