License Activation

After installing the WC Moneris Payment Gateway Pro plugin, you need to activate your license to unlock all premium features.

Activation Steps​

  1. Locate Your License Information

    • Check your purchase confirmation email from WPHEKA
    • You'll need:
      • API Key
      • Product ID

  2. Access License Settings

    • Login to your WordPress admin panel
    • Navigate to WPHEKA → Moneris Pro Activation

  3. Enter License Details

    • Enter your API Key in the designated field
    • Enter your Product ID in the designated field
    • Click "Save Changes"

  4. Verify Activation

    • You should see a success message confirming activation
    • The plugin status should show as "Active"

License Information​

  • API Key: Unique identifier for your WPHEKA account
  • Product ID: Specific identifier for WC Moneris Payment Gateway Pro
  • Both values are provided in your purchase confirmation email

Troubleshooting License Issues​

License Not Found​

  • Double-check API Key and Product ID for typos
  • Ensure you're using credentials from the correct purchase email
  • Verify your WPHEKA account is active

Activation Failed​

  • Check your server's internet connection
  • Ensure your website can make outbound HTTP requests
  • Contact WPHEKA support with your order details

License Deactivation​

To deactivate your license (e.g., when moving to a new domain):

  • Navigate to WPHEKA → Moneris Pro Activation
  • Click "Deactivate License"
  • You can then activate on a different website
