Installation

This guide will walk you through installing the WC Moneris Payment Gateway Pro plugin on your WordPress website.

  1. Download the Plugin

    • Log into your WPHEKA account dashboard
    • Download the PRO zip file

  2. Install via WordPress Admin

    • Login to your WordPress admin panel
    • Navigate to Plugins → Add New → Upload
    • Click "Choose File" and select the plugin zip file
    • Click "Install Now"
    • Click "Activate" after installation completes

Method 2: FTP Installation​

  1. Extract the Plugin

    • Unzip the downloaded plugin file
    • You should see a folder named wc-moneris-payment-gateway-pro

  2. Upload via FTP

    • Connect to your website via FTP
    • Upload the wc-moneris-payment-gateway-pro folder to /wp-content/plugins/ directory
    • Login to WordPress admin panel
    • Navigate to Plugins → Installed Plugins
    • Find "WC Moneris Payment Gateway Pro" and click "Activate"

System Requirements​

Before installation, ensure your system meets these requirements:

  • PHP: Version 7.0 or higher
  • MySQL: Version 5.6 or higher
  • WordPress: Version 5.5 or higher
  • WooCommerce: Version 4.0 or higher

Post-Installation Steps​

After successful installation:

  1. Activate your license
  2. Configure the payment gateway
  3. Test the integration

Troubleshooting​

If you encounter issues during installation:

  • Ensure you have sufficient server permissions
  • Check that all system requirements are met
  • Verify WooCommerce is installed and activated
  • Contact WPHEKA support if problems persist
