Emails
Seven WooCommerce emails. Turn each on or off on WPHEKA > Edit Orders > Settings > Emails. Change the wording in WooCommerce > Settings > Emails (the Edit wording link).
| Sent to | When | |
|---|---|---|
| Order updated | Customer | Their order is changed after payment, with what changed and any refund |
| Balance due for an order change | Customer | A change costs more, with the link to pay the difference |
| Manual refund needed | Store | A change needs a refund the payment method can't make automatically |
| Customer changed an order | Store | A customer changes their own order (address, option or order note) |
| Cancellation requested | Store | A customer asks to cancel and the request needs a decision |
| Order cancelled at your request | Customer | Their cancellation is made, at once or after you approve it, with the refund |
| Cancellation request declined | Customer | You decline their request. The order is not changed. |
Store emails go to your admin email address unless you set recipients in WooCommerce's email settings.
WooCommerce's own emails
- The customer's "Processing order" and "On hold order" emails get a line with a link while changes are allowed: "Need to change or cancel this order? You can do it until ...".
- WooCommerce's "Refunded order" email goes out only when money is actually sent back. A refund that is only recorded (a manual refund) doesn't send it.
- With Open for changes on, the "Processing order" and "New order" emails still go out at payment. Nothing is sent when the order moves to Processing.

The templates can be copied to your theme like any WooCommerce email:
